For years I struggled with not eating breakfast in the mornings. I knew deep down I wasn’t setting the right tone for my day. I would give a 101 excuses/reasons why I didn’t have time. 

Another obstacle Courtney helped me to endure was sleep. I was going to bed late every night and I was waking up in the morning feeling tired, unmotivated, and grumpy. I was rushing my son to school, which was not fair to him. I know I was not setting a very good example. 

Now, after 2 months, I'm in bed every night by 11 (ish) - and with no gadgets. I’m up every morning at 6:30am. The drive to school with my son is smooth sailing. I eat breakfast every morning with my son - and our time together is precious. I am truly grateful for Courtney’s tips, suggestions and support. Thank you Courtney!
